BAFTA Competition Terms and Conditions
1.) Ten Golden Tickets will be placed in to random Hotel Chocolat Valentines lines from 18th January.
2.) The products will be sold through Hotel Chocolat retail stores and via our website.
3.) The winner must contact the Hotel Chocolat representative stated on the Golden Ticket by 10.00am on the 15th February quoting their unique code, which will be printed on the ticket.
4.) The winners must provide full contact details including their name, address and date of birth. Hotel Chocolat accept no responsibility for entries not received. Incomplete and/or late entries will not be accepted.
5.) All entries to the competition will be entered in to a grand prize draw which will take place on the 15th February. Entries will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator. Main Prize Winner “A Dream Date: Two Tickets to the Orange British Academy Film Awards”
6.) The Dream Date winner will be notified on the 16th February by either telephone or email.
7.) The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of any company or organisation associated with the prize draw (including Orange group companies and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and their families; the agents of any of the above companies or organisations, their employees and the families of their employees; or any other person associated with this prize draw.
8.) The Dream Date winner must organise their own transport to London and expenses will be reimbursed by cheque providing valid receipts are provided. The expenses must be approved by Hotel Chocolat prior to the event.
9.) The Dream Date Prize for two people includes: - Travel to and from London (Standard class rail within mainland UK. Travel expenses to be refunded by cheque provided valid receipts are supplied to the Promoter.) - London hotel accommodation (bed & breakfast only). - All additional expenses to be paid by Prize Winner (e.g. bar bills, meals, telephone calls) - Dinner at Christopher’s, 18 Wellington Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 7DD - Access to Red Carpet grandstand at Covent Garden - Tickets to The Orange British Academy Film Awards - Any additional expenses, such as meals and refreshments, are not included.
10.) If any winner is unable for any reason to accept a prize or cannot be contacted by the 10.00am 17th February, Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to award the prize to another participant whose name will be drawn at random from all other eligible entries received.
11.) Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
12.) Runner ups will be notified by the 17th February.
13.) The decision made by Hotel Chocolat is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14.) Hotel Chocolat reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice.
15.) The prize winners’ names will be available on request by sending a SAE to the Hotel Chocolat.
16.) The winner may be required to take part in some publicity.
