Taking milk chocolate to the absolute limit, we’ve added only a tiny amount of milk to this recipe made with Trinitario cocoa grown on our own Rabot Estate. And with as little added sugar as a 90% dark, the flavours of the cocoa come flooding out in multiple layers – look for leather, tobacco and roasted nuts, with a creamy edge and a long, long finish.
