A warming yet refreshing drink, brimming with deep chocolate flavours and spices – perfect for chilly days and cosy evenings.
Ingredients
3 Chai tea teabags
225ml Water
225ml Whole milk
60gClassic Liquid Chocolat
Method
- 1. Heat the water until boiling, then pour into a heatproof bowl or teapot over the 3 chai tea bags. Leave to brew for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove the teabags..
- Bring all of the milk to a gentle simmer either in a microwave or in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the tea to the milk and continue simmering.
- Next add the Classic Liquid Chocolat, heating and stirring until all of the chocolate has dissolved.
- Pour into cups and serve while still steaming.
