Chocolate Nests

  1. Crush brandy snaps or butter crispy crepes.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of water (bain-marie).

  3. When chocolate has melted mix in crushed brandy snaps or butter crispy crepes – make sure biscuit pieces are fully coated in chocolate.

  4. Spoon out mixture and divide between 10 bun cases.

  5. Top with a little chocolate egg/some gem stones or any little nibble of your fancy.

  6. Leave in fridge to set for about an hour, then serve.
