As the store manager, I’m exceptionally passionate about everything Hotel Chocolat does, from our ethical approach to growing and producing our chocolate, to the finished products. Purist 62% Milk Chocolate Bar

My favourite product is our Purist 62% Milk Chocolate slab. This mouthwatering chocolate is rich and creamy with subtle caramel undertones. It reminds me of those little crème caramel deserts my mum used to buy when I was a child. What’s more it’s from our very own Rabot Estate in St Lucia. It really is a perfect treat after a long day!
