I joined Hotel Chocolat in Feb 2006 as a store manager prior to the opening of the Lakeside store which was something new for this area. I have worked hard to establish a loyal client base that appreciates the quality of our brand and the exceptional service they enjoy in our store. We are encouraged to bring something of our own personality to their experience because authenticity is valued in every aspect of the company.

In November 2006 I was promoted to satellite manager overseeing both the opening and operation of the store at Bluewater and following the success of both stores I have been given the opportunity to oversee the operations of both the Bromley and Basingstoke stores and so the story continues to grow……………...
