Some customers may or may not know that the Watford branch was Hotel Chocolat’s first ever store. Being involved with the store since the beginning in 2004 has been great. It has been amazing to watch the company grow and to see the products develop and improve every year. Some products are more of a favourite to some customers than others, but there are a few that cannot be missed. Such as Isabelle, our mouth-watering Florentine topped praline, and our melt on the tongue smooth Hazelnut chocolate spread, Smudge. With such fantastic chocolates and the genuine ethics behind them, is it any wonder I love working for Hotel Chocolat?

Cocoa Bean & Chilli Olive Oil

My favourite product of Hotel Chocolat’s has to be the Cocoa Bean and Chilli Olive Oil. I love this served with warm crusty ciabatta bread – ideal for a snack that is packed with so many different flavours. The Chilli in the oil is not too spicy, and when you bite into a chunk of cocoa bean it just tastes divine!
