Our store is situated right in the centre of Solihull high street. Our store has a friendly and welcoming ambience where the bond between staff is extended to the customers who are encouraged to engage and join in with our love of chocolate. I enjoy working for Hotel Chocolat because it is constantly fresh and exciting, there’s always something new going on, something new to try and something new to learn. The company is constantly on the way up and every member of the team, no matter how small their role, is made to feel integral. Most Wanted Milk

My favourite chocolate is the milk praline slab. I absolutely adore it and what I love most is the two different textures: the soft praline that melts in the mouth like butter and the hard crunch of the milk chocolate - it’s creamy and crunchy and incredibly moreish.
