I have always loved the subtle flavour and texture variations in dark chocolate and since joining Hotel Chocolat I have begun to appreciate them even more. I would find it hard to choose an outright favourite so I would have to go for the Serious Dark Fix Sleekster. The packaging is so beautifully crafted and designed and so are the chocolates. I find the huge range of textures and tastes irresistible. They make the perfect present for a dark chocolate fan and are equally at home next to a cup of after dinner coffee. They are utterly divine and I would highly recommend them
