Chocolate Delivery Times and Charges

We understand that your chocolates must be delivered in perfect condition, which is why we take so much care and attention when designing our packaging.

Warm Weather Delivery

During the warmer months, we take the following steps to ensure your chocolates arrive in reasonable condition:

1. We upgrade all deliveries to First Class Post when necessary at no extra cost.
2. We store the boxes in controlled conditions right until the point of despatch in the late afternoon. They then travel during the cooler evening and early morning.
