Penne with Cocoa™ and Prosecco

Equipment

1 x Small pan
1 x Fork
Wine Glasses

Ingredients
  • 6 Egg Yolks

  • 250g sugar

  • 200ml Prosecco

  • 250g Red Berries of your choice

  • 250g Cooked Cocoa Pasta
Method
  1. Blend the egg yolks and sugar in a pan over a medium heat, whisking constantly with a fork, for ten minutes.

  2. Continue to whisk and add Prosecco, a little at a time, heating until it thickens to a sauce consistency.
To Serve

Serve in wine glasses, starting with a spoonful of the cooked Penne with Cocoa™ drizzled with Prosecco sauce and decorated with red berries.
