After extensive tastings we believe we have found the perfect vineyard and perfect 2002 vintage to partner our Catwalk Dark Collection of chocolates. Bottled as our own Chateau Chocolat, it’s full of rich and spicy fruit with a freshness in the mouth and a long, long finish. A rare wine crafted by a boutique winery in the Alentejo of Portugal from four heirloom grape varieties – Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Castelão Francês.
