Basingstoke is a small market town with a friendly, family community feel. So with great excitement every morning we open our door and welcome our friends into our relaxing, tranquil store, to share our combined passions for our delicious chocolate and to keep them informed of any latest developments within Hotel Chocolat as a whole. Here at Basingstoke we pride ourselves on building and nurturing customer relationships. It is important for us to know that all customers leave the shop having had a positive experience and begging for more. Quite often our customers pop into the shop for a chat if they are passing by, which puts a huge smile on our faces. With our dedicated team and loyal customers, it makes for a wonderful working environment and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

My favourite product is the Caramellow™ Giant Slab. It is the most mellow and mouth watering caramel chocolate combination I have ever had! The chocolate is smooth and creamy, and melts in the mouth. This combination always leaves me wanting more!
