Our store is situated right in the centre of Solihull high street. Our store has a friendly and welcoming ambience where the bond between staff is extended to the customers who are encouraged to engage and join in with our love of chocolate. I enjoy working for Hotel Chocolat because it is constantly fresh and exciting, there’s always something new going on, something new to try and something new to learn. The company is constantly on the way up and every member of the team, no matter how small their role, is made to feel integral. The company’s ethical stance and positive initiatives make for a rewarding experience and make us feel part of a worldwide Hotel Chocolat family.

Christmas Creation Slab

Our Christmas range is so exquisite that it makes choosing a single favourite item a very tough prospect. However, after much deliberation we decided upon the Christmas Creation 500g Slab, as it lives up to its name, creating mouthful after mouthful of intense Christmas-y flavours. But we get ahead of ourselves; the slab looks so artistically divine that it almost seems a shame to eat it. This is chocolate that would not look out of place in a frame on the wall! Eat it we must and what a sumptuous treat each and every bite is. The best of both world’s with milk and dark chocolate nestled either side of the most festive taste of all, cinnamon praline. The experience does not end there however; there is still the small matter of a beautifully cast milk chocolate and caramel wreath placed delicately and just a little bit seductively as a centrepiece. The perfect present to share with your loved ones…or maybe an indulgent present all for you!
