We understand that your chocolates must be delivered in perfect condition, which is why we take so much care and attention when designing our packaging.We try our best to ensure that your order is delivered successfully the first time of asking. From time to time this is not possible therefore our carrier will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour - provided of course they are in and that they are happy to accept the parcel on the recipients behalf! If your order is left with a neighbour their signature will be obtained and a card left at the intended recipients address with further details.
