I've been working at the Cambridge store since October 2005 and every day has been a new and exciting experience. Due to Cambridge being a historic city, with many prestigious colleges, the store attracts visitors, locally and from all over the world, giving the store a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. The personalities and unique skills of all the staff, combined with the innovative ideas of Hotel Chocolat make for a great working environment.

I don’t have one favourite chocolate, as trying all the new ones means I get a new favourite each week! However I am quite partial to the kirsch soaked cherries.
