Method- Heat the cream gently in the microwave until it is lukewarm. Add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted in to the cream.
- When the mixture is still warm add the Egg yolks and beat until united with the mixture.
- Add the coffee Liqueur and stir until all the ingredients are blended.
- Pour in to the ramekins immediately and place into the fridge.
- Half an hour before serving remove from the fridge and allow the ramekins to rise to room temperature.
- Serve with almond cookies for added crunch.
