Ingredients - ½ tbsp Pure cocoa bean shavings
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 large tbsp of Hotel Chocolat Spiced Savoury Chocolate Sauce
- 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
- 55g Dark Brown Sugar
- 50ml Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 10ml Water
- Salt, Pepper

Method- Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add the chopped chilli, honey and sugar and mix together.
- Add the soy sauce, Spiced Savoury Chocolate sauce and Tomato Puree. Depending on the consistency of the BBQ Sauce you may want to add a small amount of water to allow the sauce to reduce slightly.
- Bring to the Boil and simmer for a few minutes allowing the flavours to mingle. Add the ½ tbsp of Cocoa Shavings, stir and serve. Can be used as a dip or to coat spare ribs, chicken or sausages.
