Our store is situated in the Touchwood shopping centre. Our store has a friendly and welcoming ambience where the bond between staff is extended to the customers who are encouraged to engage and join in with our love of chocolate. I enjoy working for Hotel Chocolat because it is constantly fresh and exciting, there’s always something new going on, something new to try and something new to learn. The company is constantly on the way up and every member of the team, no matter how small their role, is made to feel integral.
