Method:
- Crush brandy snaps or butter crispy crepes.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of water (bain-marie).
- When chocolate has melted mix in crushed brandy snaps or butter crispy crepes – make sure biscuit pieces are fully coated in chocolate.
- Spoon out mixture and divide between 10 bun cases.
- Top with a little chocolate egg/some gem stones or any little nibble of your fancy.
- Leave in fridge to set for about an hour, then serve.
