Equipment
1 x Small pan 1 x Fork Wine Glasses
Ingredients- 6 Egg Yolks
- 250g sugar
- 200ml Prosecco
- 250g Red Berries of your choice
- 250g Cooked Cocoa Pasta
Method- Blend the egg yolks and sugar in a pan over a medium heat, whisking constantly with a fork, for ten minutes.
- Continue to whisk and add Prosecco, a little at a time, heating until it thickens to a sauce consistency.
To Serve
Serve in wine glasses, starting with a spoonful of the cooked Penne with Cocoa™ drizzled with Prosecco sauce and decorate with red berries.
